I have been involved in the financial sector for more than 15 years, before starting my own company.

I realized that a void existed in the market for Genuine Quality, regarding Financial Management, Office- and Overall Business Administration and would like to offer a hands-on Management Scheme to the you, whereby, business owners, sub-contract their administration and financial management to me.

A service agreement with Absolute Winners, focusing on Managerial Quality and Performance, form an unique basis to turn your business into a One of a Kind, Money Making Machine!

In conjunction with principal members, and with much planning, a solution for your specific business areas are found, and administrated, by the trained team of Absolute Winners Professionals.

All needed documentation will be collected from you, as and when to be determined by your need, at least twice per month, after the initial evaluation period at the onset of your service agreement with Absolute Winners.

Reason for this: In layman's terms the sooner you follow up on outstanding money, the more collectable and controllable the debts incurred are. This concept also creates a healthier cash flow infrastructure, for your business.
New accounts will be opened, and large accounts will be hand delivered to your clients, which in turn will create a favorable trust and subsequent “pay without delay” relationship.
Credit Control will be done on a continual basis. With diverse credit information the basic leverage, to abstain from any diverse, or unacceptable account settlement.

CREDIT CONTROL

Pointers in credit control are, to have a Plan of Action in Advance.
Experience has shown, that most debtor’s take longer to settle their accounts, than before, which may be attributed to tight financial matters, and the always present, cash on hand issues.
Action Plan is of the Utmost Importance at the Outset.
Enquiries, client relations and feed back, will be handled in a professional manner, by the staff of Absolute Winners to impress the need for the same level of professionalism, from the client towards Yourself.
Turnover period, between services rendered, to money banked, are to be kept to the minimum. This will allow for a Positive Debtor and Collection Profile.

REPORTS

A monthly Management report will be supplied to the appropriate manager/s, as indicated, to enable Scrutiny and Suggestion.
Age Analysis and Reports will also be generated.
It remains important to understand the concept that Healthy Administration is Equal to Healthy Management.
